What about Bangladesh. I don't see my country name in country list to use Bitcoin Debit Card.

I think that it has to do with the bank that issues these debit cards.
Just checked other debit cards service(bit-x) and i think that you can order there a card (anonymous) and not the named card.
It cost more at the beginning but it is the best from the all expensive cards that they will offer by October.
I can't still make any payment with my virtual CC. very bad.. 
I think that you can't even take back the funds in your vcc? Has they enabled that option to buy bitcoins yet?
