Ruining marriages? These marriages were already fucked, those emails didn't register themselves, while I think any kind of doxxing like this is a concern the people involved in this certainly aren't victims. They're simply corrupt and hypocritical people getting themselves into trouble.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I read an article saying anyone could register using an email as there was no confirmation procedure so if you had someones email you could do it, though I'm sure most are legit. One thing I don't understand though is you think people wouldn't be dumb enough to use their work or government email. Most gov emails are likely monitored for a start. I agree it's their own fault about ruining marriages etc. It wasn't the leak that did that but the people who cheated.
