Probably the code is only limited to the first xx people, but Im not really sure about it. Lets wait for OP to answer regarding this problem.
What promo code did you receive? I think that the problem is they send same code to everybody, but the code is limited to 1 claim.
This is the code I got GkRv57B, if it is only limited to 1 claim means that only one person got the bonus..O dont think that they will send a lot of email just for giving away no deposit bonus of 5mbtc.
