It's owned by Roger Ver. it's pretty much the same as this forum, but a lot more quiet 
I tried to sign up a few times, but it never once sent me the confirmation email.
It took around 10 hours after I registered for the confirmation email to arrive.
Interesting. I've waited a number of days now, and still nothing, not even in my spam box... It's ok, I would rather play here.
