What interest would anybody have in suppressing the price other than trolling or accumulation? I don't see a way to gain financially from it 
its called "drawing back the bowstring"
when you see something that has every reason to be growing in price and acceptance, and it is being held down with strange sell orders, you know something is up!!
It's the same thing with the falling tide before the tsunami that burries all whats in its way
