Not increasing the blocksize in Core is forestalling and most definitely is a form of inaction. It can only be defined as action once the code is actually implemented. Actions speak louder then words as they say.

PoeEDgar you do realize that we are mostly in agreement, I know that you do not understand or agree with my more pragmatic political position for supporting BIP101, but I suspect that in the long run considering both of our positions we will most likely both end up on the same side of the fork. Try and see the nuance in my position, it is not as unreasonable as you might think. It will still be a long time before January 2016 and I am confident that there will be another alternative implementation that we will both be able to support, whether that be in Core or not, and even if the actual hard fork is scheduled for much later I would still support it, I am a reasonable person.
