Does the .conf file go into the webwallet?
No you will need to access your Appdata folder.
*Go to "Appdata" then "Roaming" then open Apexcion. (To find your Appdata folder - Press the Windows key and R, then type in Appdata and hit Enter.
*On Mac, the path should be "~/Library/App Support/Apexcoin
Place apexcoin.conf within the Apexcoin folder located in Appdata/Roaming/Apexcoin

no, it didn't work. the wallet never shows more than 1 active connection and won't sync. I've backed it up, what's the latest link to download a new wallet?
