obviously there is some hidden reason we don't know about that is preventing ET from open sourcing this bit stream.

Which means TML will never reach its potential and will never make profit for its creator. in my opinion you mine as well shut it down now because its pointless.

for an opensource bitstream that mines a Spartan-6 chip at 250Mh/s or better.
