How reliable is this news? I have seen this in some of the smaller and unreliable news sites (such as infowars), but none of the major mainstream sources have mentioned it. Also, I believe that the news about Al Taqaddum Air Base at Habbaniyah is false. That facility is controlled by the NATO military trainers and marines as of now.
