uhm on this topic of btcflex, for test i withdrew bitcoin from the program and ended up with a double spend warning on blockchain on the address i used for the payout. is this cause for concern?

You are welcome. My advise with BTCFlex is... not to release and withdraw all your deposits in a short span of time. Their system will delay the payments if you do so.
If you release your deposit one by one each day, you should have no problem getting back your deposit.
