I registered with this website. I deposited 0.5btc hoping to receive their 200% welcome bonus but after I deposited no bonus was added. I contacted them through their live chat several times but they never answer anything, all they say is hello how can we help you then never reply to my questions. I also send emails but never had a reply. So is this bonus for real along with the whole set up they have here. Not good practice to not reply to questions n my opinion. Hoping they will explain here.

yeah, but OP disappears for a long time, just noticed that he post this thread in last year, so I think site is running over at least 1 year, should be a reliable one, I will check the rollover requirement and decide to play here or not. (another guy said their customer support sucks..,)
The rollover requirement as stated in the promotion page is low now, its only 14x (it was 55x in the past) and I think this is the lowest rollover over other casinos. But I'm not really sure whether they are still paying or not..and yeah you're right the customer supports sucks.
