Thanks, I saw that too. Hence the air quotes around the word official in my post
Because, that's a lot of manual steps i.e. room to make a mistake and cumbersome.

Never mind I just saw this in the thread:
For holders of small NAUT balances, and people who only have NAUT on exchanges and don't want to run the full client:
the official Drachmae exchange will be up inside a week or two,
and will offer an automated redemption system for NAUT > NXTNAUT on the exchange itself.
Can anyone confirm if this is still the case ?
yes i believe they will still be doing that as theres over 1 mil naut to still be transferred
Well....the redemption process could be simpler, but it's also designed to ensure that the entire process is secure and that people who receive their NXTNAUT have a safe, secure Nxt account to store and transfer their fresh and shiny NXTNAUT.
So far, we've handled almost 80% of the old NAUT in circulation, without any problems. (Touch wood, just in case
)The Drachmae exchange will indeed offer automated conversion, but is not yet live.
