No can do, reselling / sublicensing of the services (which is what you'd end up doing) is prohibited under the
AWS Customer Agreement:
8.5 License Restrictions. Neither you nor any End User may use the Service Offerings in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement. Neither you nor any End User may, or may attempt to, [...] (d) resell or sublicense the Service Offerings.
Let's just say I have a way around that and to stay in compliance with the TOS.
