I saw ITOP has these for 29$ free shipping, they are legit and accept paypal so looks like you can get them sent to America for a decent price. (HK shipping is slow though) I am guessing bulk buyers are getting a nice discount.

That would be very interesting if they got it for a price they can sell at 29 with free shipping. If they did get this they will get some sales for sure.
