There has been a issue with the withdrawals. Somehow the transaction our mastercore broadcasted were not included in any blocks.
We found its related to the current malleability attack on bitcoin since most of our withdrawals have been changed in transaction id
Due to the intensive manual process we need to make, and the fact that we only have a couple hours a day available to work on this, we expect to solve this within a couple of days
Also, to be safe in this case we have to be sure the input tx are all spend and make a lot of manual work, so it will take a bit of time

Hes delaying bitcoin withdrawals for a few months now, there is no reason for bitcoin to take 3-5 days to be sent especially when the exchange has lost it's volume and there's really low activity, if he's unable to work faster than a bank then he'll better just shut down the exchange instead of making people nervous about their moneyz.
