(We can also do a google hangouts or something along those lines too for people who cannot physically attend).

Yes the tipping is generous because In my opinion that is the way to grow a coin, through benevelance and fun.
If everyone has some, more people will be willing to accept it and use it.
I have a decent slice of the pie myself although I keep dipping lower and coming back up depending on wether I'm on a tipping or
buying cycle lol.
