Hi there. I made a deposit to my PD account and on blockchain it has 4 confirmations so far but nothing in my PD account yet. It game me a short error saying something about maintenance/problems and now seems to be back to normal but no coins. Did those coins just disappear in the ether (aka your wallet)?
This is due to the recent malleability attack, you should contact support about it, with details such as TX of the transaction and your deposit address along with your username, be prepared to wait for a long time though. Yeah, looks like that is the issue now.
Btw pd support is super fast now. I work on support full time. Only time you have to wait up to 12 hours is when i sleep other than that you will get reply in under 1-2 hours
