Many gamblers borrow money for gambling.i agree with this and this ruin there life and there families too 
You agree barrowing money of gamble? I dont think this is good idea to barrow money for gambling later on you will facing financial problem.I think you misunderstood his message he has agreed that many gamblers are borrowing money and later they are facing lot of problem but he never said borrowing money for gambling is good or he agreed. I don't think any one will agree on this because if one lose the borrowed money then very difficult to come out of that situation so just avoid borrowing money for gambling.
