What an amazingly horrible headline.  Here's the events from a slightly more even-handed viewpoint:

She's been granted immunity from prosecution.  That's a very, very different thing than being denied the 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination.  Her concern now is that she no longer has a way to not testify.
