I have my doubts about this transaction. Was it a sham-transaction between alts?
The loan doesn't seem to have been paid back and the lender is not raising the default in this forum.

In any case tech_solutions isn't somebody I would be comfortable lending to, because his reasons definitely seem to be fake.
