I'm in the same boat as you. I've got a good portion of Naut at Cryptsy. My Naut Wallet isn't synching either so can't do the conversion with Evil Dave for NxtNaut. I'm waiting for a solution, hopefully Cryptsy comes thru with one.
Wallet sync issues could probably be soved by providing your NAUT client with some nodes via
nautiluscoin.conf, as detailed in Step One of the redemption thread.
