This is obvious. Everybody DOES lose, because of the fact that there's a house edge and you're not infinitely wealthy. It's simple statistics, really.
Agreed with you that everyone looses their hard earned money in the long run as the houses and sites are designed for the same. But there can be some exceptions as well. I think sometimes winning or loosing is totally depends on the player, if the gambler is smart and if he know what he is doing then he can make some good money.
