You can create a new account depending on ehy you got your account banned or locked. Don't try it if you are banned from the forum cause it will be considered as ban evasion.
Theymos and Badbear do recover accounts, not just Legendary and Hero accounts. I once got locked from this profile because I use my secret question to recover my password. Badbear helped me recover it. All I have to do is prove the ownerahip of the account.
A signed message will help also use the email you use to register here in the forum in sending a message to their email. That way your issue will be noticed.
I already sent pm to theymos and Badbear to look at this thread around half an hour ago.

So I again sent a pm to theymos in the same format as mentioned by him.

Don't expect to get a response quickly. I recovered my account about 2 weeks from the date it got locked. 2nd day of my email Badbear replied to my email asking me to prove the ownership of my account. So... It will take a lot more time to wait.
