Mooncoin.info was the Official web page, but deacomboogie ,legendary creator of MoonCoin, is disappeared and web site exspired . Mooncoin.com , mooncoin.rocks, moonchain.net, etc are websites run by volunteers. As you noted, for several days mooncoin.rocks is exspired (web site backup of the first).
I bought the domain mooncoinitalia.com at least to ensure a certain continuity of information and content
