Mate your fees are just too high! Who the hell will pay you these fees with these payment methods. This is unrealistic! I am not surprised you haven't gotten any response in over 24 hours!
actually just filled an order during those 24 hours.
For some, it's a great service if you can't get a coinbase/etc. Not everyone can get verified by online btc exchanges for ACH', as their systems are monstrous-
