1.It will put off heat will you and/or your partner be able to live with this?
2.It could be very noisey will you and/or your partner be able to live with this?
3.You have free electric so as much Th/s for as little $ you can get. (Antminer S2's or S4's, Dragon T1's, other older miners with a high hashrate)
