To be (work) or not to be (scam)? - that is the question...  
There is only 2 ways to solve this problem - do scam or apply variable interest rate.
We would be happy to work on the last scheme, but you yourself should understand that without the influx of new deposits, we will can't pay.

We do not want scam our project like most others in this section, so we decided to introduce a variable interest rate.
If will be a lot of deposits, then the interest rate will increment. If not, then the interest rate will decrease.
Terms and conditions remain the same: 150% return of each deposit.
All payments will be made on a regular basis every day.
