for this price you can be sure they are from hostgator etc ( web host licences) so disabled if you use them out of ip range
This might makes some senses here but how is it possible to use this out of ip range? Though one week is not good enough.
If is from a Webhosting License, then you have to use one of there servers/ip if you don't then you get suspended. So these licenses are worth anything to the average buyer.
I am sorry because i cannot get it yet, vps service providers are the only ones that i know that can provide servers/ip but how will someone get the webhosting servers/ip.
