Honestly it's not something that help against bots. It's skippable like "anti-bot", "click-me" links.

i suggest you to give 50 % for referral rewards and for faucet rewards 1000 satoshi or 2000 satoshi per hour
My unique reward is 3000 satoshi every 360 minutes. I don't think that decreasing this will be good anyway.
I like gih reward faucets and my idea is to have a high reward faucet being high profitble to me also.
I will try to increase the referral comission for some days to see what will happens.
