Well I know who will be after Pay Base is open and that is me, he has already confirmed KYC is not applicable for XPY to BTC exchanges, so I hope the market stays low until then, I will sell on Pay Base and buy on Cryptsy rinse and repeat. I have already made a lot just trading and will make a heck of a lot more in 5 hours, don't you say you weren't warned when XPY hits $20 tonight.
