Participants should have no account (including alternative accounts) with negative rating.
Posts in altcoin will be ignored.

Posts on Games & rounds, Micro earnings, Off-topic counts or not ?
AFAIK all posts are paid if they are constructive enough, but you will not be paid for "12 england v australia" type of posts in games and rounds section etc. Even posts in local board(which the campaign manager may only understand after translating) are accepted if constructive
