It would be a shame if the new owners are ignoring people's requests & emails etc. The old ownership was great, really helpful & ndnhc was a great sort of management rep. Has anybody had contact with the new owners? Do they post in here?
yeah i had an issue a few months back and had it resolved quickly... this time it's been over 2 weeks now, 7 support requests, and talking to chat room mods, I still haven't gotten a response or my money
IMO, it is better to wait before you make any more deposits till someone accepts full responsibility over Da Dice and identifies as admin.
Yeah I'm not risking any more money. I just want my damn deposit back
