John! Markets do not works! That is your merit! Constant updating wallets confuses the exchange, they are in constant update! As a result, it is impossible to deduce from the VNL exchange! Maybe you could work more efficiently with the exchanges, or less frequently updated wallets! 
Poloniex is ok, and as I said earlier, Bittrex knows about the 0.3.8 (just let them the time to update it & reopen)
There's new features in Vanillacoin and it req. some constant dev & updating ; sometimes it's planned, sometimes it's urgent. I'm sending an email as soon as I know about a new update. I'll do that with all main services since months. Imo john's merit is more his constant work on many projects than the fact that an exchange is disabling deposit&withdrawal some days.
