It is highly risky for OP if he does so, and it may also happen that later you decide not to buy it and blackmail OP to lower the price and if OP doesn't you release the UID publicly. Not saying you will, just pointing out the possibilities . Any way, the escrow can verify the post quality for you, being a trusted third party.
It would help a lot if you have a trusted escrow verify the post quality of your account.
