$1 in BTC is about 0.004 which is 400k satoshis. You can get that in an hour by going through many faucets.
My faucet rotator:
http://www.bitcoinrotators.com/u/Bitcoinerist
has 500+ faucets and can get AT LEAST 293469 satoshi for claiming all. They all go directly to your bitcoin address or faucetbox.
It is at least, so you can get way more up to over 0.01 bitcoin.

You said at least 290k satoshi but you forgot something. How many hours you have to spend to rotate all your faucet list. If you spend 30 second for a faucet, atleast it is 4 hours and it is again less than 1 dollar.

just saying it's 290k satoshi minimum. If you're lucky, you can even get 0.01 from 1 faucet. and way more..... but I won't say I'm correct

The chance for a non minimal pay out is very small in almost all cases. The really big payouts are usually 1/10 000, which may be possible if you start doing 500 faucets an hour. Personally, I wouldn't be bothered with them due to all the captcha work and such. Gets on my nerve to do them for a fraction of a cent.

Plus the fact that dust tx could be a problem later on, given that a fee is measured per KB. Most faucet users don't know about this thing.
