I think that just because China has a large population and cheap electricity. 
and because they can actually produce there their cheap, because arabia, have also cheap electricity and not a small population, but there are no farms there
That's what I was thinking about other day, Saudi Arabia has a really cheap electricity. How come there are no mining farms out there?
Is this something law related? Is it because they are a Muslim country or what? I wouldn't believe so, but there must be a simple explanation.

basically they can't produce their own chipset like china can, and therefore they need to buy it abroad and rise the cost of shipping, probably one of the reaosn why there is no mining there
