Talk about trolling. Giving Tom a hard time for a refundable policy, when you offer a "non-refundable" policy. GTFO Inaba.

I know you're pissed that people give you a hard time in your own threads, but you doing it in a competitor's thread, posting under a pseudonym to hide your official business. Well, this is what's known as a "concern troll".
