Sometimes wallets stuck syncing because of downed nodes or blockchain problems. We can't do anything if our wallet can't see transaction with confirmations. Your deposits were posted automatically once wallet continue to sync. From our side we always do our job to keep wallets up and in sync, but if there is no active nodes - it's impossible.
