You complete the survey after which you are told okay one more step, please select one of the following "free" trials which of course require a credit card and automatic enrollment in a year long subscription which you are of course "under no obligation" and can "can cancel at anytime" only to try to cancel and find the cancellation process doesn't work so you get lawyers or whoever involve to finally cancel your account only to see the bills continue to come in the mail or show up on your bank statement... which you don't pay which end up in a collection agency which ends up charging you 10 times more than what it would have cost the pay the monthly payment for the that 'free trial' offer that you cancelled in the first place.
