Well Peter Todd is wrong - as I've explained many times.
I'm afraid there's is no Photoshop magnification available to you that can satisfactorily substitute techno-trainspotting skills for monetary ignorance.
Hard to tell if Prof. Todd is right or wrong. No backup details or explanations or proof or theories or facts or guesses or any utterances of any kind have come to light explaining his statement. I have contacted him on every publicly available address, but have not heard back or read anything explaining.
