I agree. Looks like the plan was: a money-bag seeing the comment "I'm interested ..." immediately gets in contact with OP saying "NO-NO don't talk to anybody else! Take my $10 million! Please!"
I may be wrong of course and they may be building the solar farm already while I'm posting my sarcastic comments. )
