There's nothing wrong with this seller. Bought an account about 6 weeks ago. Still up and running, and most of the channels (I'd say around 90%) work just fine. No complaints here! 
u sure theres nothing wrong ? because it sounds to me like he does not support his product. he needs to reply to buyers
