I'd seen you discussing it so I thought I'd mention it. I can kind of imagine how it would come up but not sure how it would apply exactly, was it to do with ring signatures? Never really got my head around the workings of the database but when I was reading up on quorums it kind of made sense that they would be an economic way of doing something like that.
