Is the 5% max bet stake still on? Because there is no way to get to over 1000% with single bets only lol? 
seems like he win huge payout for toto parlay and other single bet with high multiplier too.In the first competition there were max odds of 10 so the most you could win is 50% per parlay. Apparently Directbet changed the rules to unlimited odds?
i guess yes wendigo, in sanerin case he made 300% stake of his bankroll, place bet 3mbtc of 1mbtc bankroll @50.68 but it rounded to 5% stake winning i think. you can try by yourself stake 100% to your registered address and it will counted as 5% no matter you win or lost it will -5% or +5%.
