Have you emailed the support regarding this? Seems your client didn't receive the data about the last bet.Provide support(MICRO) with you username and he may be able to help you.
i have just mailed the support about it and waiting for a respond.. if it was my fault i surely will find the last bet in my bets.. but there is 72 bets not shown.. i think it prove that it s a bug..
Is there any mod online?!.. i emailed the support and there is no respond until now... no mod in the chat and here neither..

Just be a little bit more patient: they PD has a great support, expecially lately, with MICRO always on eery issue. Maybe timezone has affected you request (I mean he could be sleeping) but as soon as he will read your message he will at least aknowledge you he is having a look into it.

Almost 100% of support requests in the last week or two have been resolved in 8-12 hours or less, thanks to MICRO. Smiley

Yeah 8-12 hours is only 9% of the time.
50% of the time tickets get answered in <1 hour.
And 41% 1-8 hours.

Average 2.7 hours .

Yep, i just got up and I'm on it.


Btw, when you are not getting reply to your ticket instantly there is no need to send more than one ticket about the same issue. That will just slow down your response time due to us having to go through much more tickets than needed.

That is not a problem Smiley . Sometimes we get like 5-6 tickets from same user for the same issue.
That wont speed up the process.
