1) is having alternate can get you ban?
if yes then i am gonna get auction for my alternate and donate it to forum to whom it actually belongs.
see i am announcing publicly coz i dont want to hide things like other do.

It is not something you accept on a ban like it's optional. It is a punishment that you have to take, they don't ask you to accept it as you have to.
And I reading right you sare saying you have another account that is currently banned? If so today all the posting outside of meta not dealing with that ban is ban evasion. Read up on it it is in most cases perma ban.
Mods are pretty smart and deal with ban evasion seriously, you will not sneak by them doing it.
