Hello andrea2107, sometimes blockchain dont sent the payout instantly, all day at night we checked the unspent withdaws and processed it manually.
You can check on your withdraw history the tx id of payout. if withing 24 after you get error, you don't receive the withdraw please contact us at admin@btc-pyramid.com.
