my wallet is also quite slow...seems bogged down, gets "not responding" often, slow sync.
I have 15,900 transactions and am curious if that is the cause.
I could open a new wallet and transfer but then I would lose my "total minted" stat. It seems novel and petty but I like to monitor the 127,000 total minted.
ideas?

I'm also experiencing some syncing issues, also getting a message "checkpoint is too old". May we expect a fix?
Hopefully, Aaron can take a look into this for sure.
