The price of the sign itself is $325, the price of postage is $50 - that's why it's $375.  But at this point, we only need about $130 in BTC, we've got .73 total (another .08 was donated IRL in different addresses).  Hopefully, another rally happens and BTC price breaks past $350 mark and then you're right we would only need 1 bitcoin.
