Is there a list somewhere of the coins that can be mined on steak cloud? All I see are the coin logos and I'm not familiar with them all.

You are absolutely correct and we are working on a new website that will showcase all the coins we support on Steak Cloud, in the mean time you can also find supported coins in our FAQ section although we are fully aware this this is not very user friendly at present. We are working on the Steak Cloud website and are also finalizing the new logo design so much more on the way soon.
In the mean time I have put this list together for you and everyone else that might need it in the near future.
